Worldwide shipping
Free worldwide shipping is included in every standard order unless stated otherwise during checkout or in a custom quote. Delivery availability may depend on the destination country and fulfilment partner.
Production before dispatch
Each order is custom designed and printed. Shipping begins after your design is approved and the order has completed print preparation or production. The timing shown on package pages refers to estimated design and production workflow and may vary depending on revisions, file quality and approval speed.
Delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address, email and phone number are correct before dispatch. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delays, returns or additional shipping charges may apply.
Customs and import fees
International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your country. These charges are usually determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing.
