What happens after I place my order?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, our design team will contact you by email or WhatsApp to begin your personalised design consultation. We'll gather your brand details, colours, logo (if you have one), and preferences — and then we'll create a beautiful custom butterfly design tailored to your business.

Can you match my brand colours?

Yes. We can adapt the card colours, typography, and overall feel to match your brand as closely as possible. Whether your brand is soft and feminine, bold and luxurious, or clean and minimal, we'll guide the design to fit your style.

Yes. You can upload your logo at the time of ordering or share it with us during the design consultation. If you don't have a logo yet, don't worry — we can still create a beautiful card using your business name and brand style. Many of our clients start without a logo.

What if I don't have a logo or branding yet?

That's completely fine. Just note this when you order and our design team will work with you on a text-based typographic design using your business name and information. Many of our clients are surprised at how beautiful the result is even without a logo.

Can I request changes to the design?

Yes. Each package includes a set number of design revisions (2 for Starter Pack, 3 for Signature Pack, unlimited for Studio Pro Pack). We work collaboratively with you until the design feels right. Our goal is that you're genuinely proud of the final result.

How long does the process take?

From order to delivery, the typical timeline is 7–10 business days for Starter Pack, 5–8 for Signature Pack, and 5–7 for Studio Pro Pack. This includes the design consultation, revisions, approval, print, and dispatch. Express turnaround is available on request.

Is printing included?

Yes — printing is included in all packages. Your cards will be professionally printed on premium card stock and delivered to your door. There are no hidden costs.

Are the cards single-sided?

At the moment, all packages are single-sided only. This keeps the offer simple and ensures a clean, high-impact presentation with your butterfly card design.

What finishes are available?

We offer soft matte, gloss, and soft-touch finishes. Studio Pro Pack customers can also choose velvet laminate and selected foil options. Your design team will discuss the best option for your card's design and brand feel.

Will someone contact me after checkout?

Yes, always. Every single order at Butterfly Card Studio is followed up personally by a member of our design team. No order is ever sent to print without your approval. You will always speak with a real person before anything is finalised.
