When you contact us or place an order, we may collect information such as your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, billing and shipping details, selected package, design preferences, logo files, brand assets, order notes and communication history.
How we use your information
We use your information to process your order, prepare custom design concepts, communicate with you, request design approval, arrange production, support shipping and provide customer service. We may also use order information for internal administration, fraud prevention and legal or accounting requirements.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We may use trusted service providers such as Netlify for website hosting, Supabase for order storage, Resend for transactional emails and production partners for printing and fulfilment. These providers only receive information needed to perform their services.
Design files and brand assets
Logos, images, QR codes and brand files you provide are used to create your custom butterfly card design and print-ready files. Please only upload files that you have the right to use.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for order records, payment records, tax, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
